Leagues – 2025 Winter
Name/Format: DEZ IPSC League
Description: This league format will be based on the IPSC pistol format.
Shooters will begin in a designated shooting area (marked by a box). They will get 30 seconds to survey the course of fire. After 30 seconds have elapsed, they will be issued the command to load and make ready, at which point they will holster their firearm or place it on the table. Then they will receive the command, “are you ready?” If the shooter acknowledges they are ready they will receive “stand by” command, and the RO will initiate the shot timer. Shooters need to have 2 rounds on each target. After the first course of fire is finished, the RO will issue the command of “show and make clear”. Shooters will unload and show clear, and the RO will inspect firearm. Firearm will be then placed back on table or in holster. RO will issue the down range command, and shooters will walk down and score their targets. The shooter will have 3 attempts each week. The best 2 of 3 scores will be recorded. The scores will be calculated by hit factor (score/time).
