DEZ’s Basics of Pistol class is taught by our USCCA/NRA certified instructors who are proficient in the instruction and handling of handguns. The 3.5 - 4  hr. course allows for close, personal hands-on attention in a relaxed classroom environment. Low student to instructor ratio is designed around the fundamental skills behind shooting handguns safely, accurately and defensively. Other materials covered in this course would be gear, accessories, safe storage and the basics of cleaning and maintaining your firearm. Focus areas include:

• Stance and grip
• Sight alignment and trigger press
• Cleaning overview
• Storage
• Ammunition selection
• Live fire (Shooting) In our state-of-the-art climate controlled indoor range

4 Hour Class Time with Range Time

Equipment Needed: Eye and Ear Protection (.22 Handgun and Ammunition will be Provided)
